2010 BRITTANY'S HOT SUMMER
We're having our busiest summer ever at LikeHome Brittany. The weather has been wonderful and our students have all done so well.

You can can learn French with us in Quimper, capital of the most westerly of Brittany's coastal regions, Finistère. Our banner photo shows Fête Maritime in Douarnenez close to our home in Kerzu.
- We offer online support courses and grinds. See our LikeHomeBrittany Youtube channel: video presentaion by Laure. There are other videos posted that show our house, Quimper town and other fun things en français.
- We offer friendly French courses for adults who'd like to explore the beauty of Brittany's wild coastal region the Finistère.
About Laure
I come from Montluçon right in the centre of France. I have a degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) from the University of Clermont Ferrand. I also have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language TEFL diploma.
I have ten years of all sorts of language teaching experience but especially with younger adults. I worked as a Department of Education oral French examiner while living in Dublin. I set up Le Club Français in various primary schools in Co. Wexford.
My husband Peter and I returned to France in 2004 and set-up 'LikeHome Brittany' to welcome students of French to our home and have been delighted with the results attained.

I currently teach French as a Foreign Language (FLE) to international students at the Pont-Aven School of Contemporary Art.
Adult Courses
Phot shows Rita Gorman from Naas who works with Veolia (Ireland) with Laure. Rita did a week long brush-up of her school French in March while staying at l'Orangerie 4 Star Holiday Park in Quimper.
